Here you can submit an RMA via an internet form, or you can download and fax the form.

Please read the guildlines below when requesting an RMA. These are important because an RMA will not be issued if the correct information is not sent.

RETURNED ITEMS:
AA Wireless offers authorization for exchange or credit for a period of three (3) days from original invoice date for product that is dead-on-arrival (DOA). This policy is stated on the reverse of ALL invoices. All instruction books, cords, accessories, etc. that were orginally shipped witht he product must be returned in the original OEM box. In addition, no writing on the manuacturer's original box should have occurred. Your return may be refused if you do so, as it cannot be returned or resold as new. No CASH refunds will be given.
Fifteen days (15) Warranty is given from the date item(s) received.

***OEM products that are more than three (3) days old from original invoice date, and in need of repair due to failure can ONLY be exchanged or repaired by the ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER. NO EXCEPTIONS.
