Southern California Telecommunication Distributors, Inc. (dba SCTD) was incorporated in California on January 02, 1992 as a distributor of cellular phones and accessories. It distributes most brands of cellular phones such as Motorola, Nokia, Ericsson, Audiovox, LG, Samsung, etc. Its central facility was then located at 706 Ducommun Street, Los Angeles CA 90012 which housed Sales, Accounting, Purchasing, Shipping, Warehousing, and Administration.

SCTD catered nationwide to wholesalers and other distributors, with primary sales concentration in Los Angeles, Miami, and New York. SCTD has focused on serving the needs of the smaller dealers in their respective markets, with additional attention given to small store accounts/agents. This marketing concept has resulted in a large active customer list.

In March 10, 1997, SCTD moved its central facility to 401 Coral Circle, El Segundo, CA 90245. In December 1998, SCTD changed its name to AA Wireless, Inc. for two major reasons:

• The fast growth and advancement of the Wireless Industry

• The acronym SCTD is no longer representative of the company's market share since Southern California Telecommunication Distributors has expanded its market share outside Southern California.

With the same ownership, employment force, customers, vendors, and at the same location in El Segundo, AA Wireless, Inc. officially started its operations in January 1, 1998.

In May 10, 1999, AA Wireless, Inc. relocated to a facility in Culver City.

In a strategic move, in October of 2004, AA Wireless relocated to Downown Los Angeles. Our new location is easily accessible and surrounded by the 10, 5 and 101 freeweays.
